Emile is fascinated by the challenges involved in constructing a robust portfolio that matches a client’s objectives and complexity of the capital markets. According to Emile, Bluemetric’s services are always client driven, objective and innovative. He has many years of international experience advising (semi)institutional and UHNW clients at first-class financial institutions. He has also crowned his love for alternative assets as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

MSc. Financial Economics, LL.M. & CFA | What’s on the other side?
Koen is responsible for the team of analysts and a driving force behind the development of innovative investment concepts. He combines his methodical work attitude with a large dose of curiosity. Koen graduated cum laude as MSc. in Financial Economics with a focus on investments and quantitative analysis and graduated LL.M. with a focus on corporate law. Furthermore, Koen is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Besides investing and investing, Koen has a great passion for sports, health and longevity.
Jorik van den Bos, Senior Advisor
MSc. Econometrics | Connecting people, and numbers
Jorik has broad experience in asset management, both in public and private markets. Jorik previously held positions at Kempen Capital Management and ING Investment Management and successfully managed the High Dividend strategy at both organizations for many years. He is also active as a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam and Erasmus University in Rotterdam, where he shares his expertise with students. At Bluemetric, Jorik uses his extensive knowledge of equity investing, combined with sharp analytical skills and strategic vision, to serve our clients in the best possible way. Outside of work, Jorik enjoys cycling and aims to do a major bike ride at least once a year. He is also likes to visit the Olympic Games.

Diederik Kappelle, Vice President
MSc. Financial Economics | Insight before judgement
Diederik combines his in-depth knowledge of the Private Equity sector with comprehensive analyses that he prepares for the Investment Committee. Diederik likes to emphasize the less obvious factors to ensure that a complete picture of the entire investment proposition is obtained. Diederik holds an MSc. degree in Financial Economics with a focus on investments and quantitative analysis.

Besides work, Daniel enjoys cycling and he also recently participated in the Amsterdam marathon.

Max graduated cum laude in both the MSc. in Economics and the MSc. in Econometrics with a focus on international capital markets and quantitative analysis. Max participates in various endurance sports such as running and cycling, enjoys traveling, and has an interest in film.
